AvantiCare supply a full complement of holistic allied healthcare, wellbeing services, education and training to the Adult industry. We have been delivering services to the sector for almost 20 years.

At the core of our business there is an emphasis on restorative care approaches through the delivery of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and Podiatry.

AvantiCare Home Health Care offer a variety of care options tailored to your individual needs and delivered in your own home. Packages can include a single or multidisciplinary rehabilitation schedule, personalise to your specific requirements.  Alternatively, single ‘one off’ home visits for falls prevention, home safety or equipment recommendations are available.

Payments

Invoices have a 14-day payment period and can be paid via mobile EFTPOS, direct debit, credit card, cheque or in person at head office.

Private Health Fund: Consumers of AvantiCare services may be eligible for rebates through their nominated private health funds.  Rebates can only be processed from the head office using HICAPS (mobile terminals not available), however you may lodge a claim for reimbursement directly through your health fund either via telephone or online.

Chronic Disease Management Plans: You may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan providing you with up to 5 Allied Health visits per year through Medicare.  Please discuss your eligibility with your GP.  AvantiCare will accept CDM referrals for Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Podiatry. There may be a gap payment, depending on service required.

Department of Veterans Affairs: If you hold a DVA Gold or White card and have a GP referral or pre-approval from DVA, AvantiCare can provide you with a home visiting therapist at no additional charge.  If you would prefer to attend a clinic appointment this can also be arranged where it is appropriate in addressing the referral goals.  Equipment can be provided under the Rehabilitation Appliances Program for eligible claimants following a needs assessment.

Government Subsidised Home Care Packages: If you have a Consumer Directed Home Care Package, AvantiCare can provide you with Allied Health services as per the fee schedule below.  Please discuss using AvantiCare for your Allied Health needs with your package provider.

Cancellation Policy: AvantiCare is committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it can prevent another client from being seen.

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

Please call us on (08) 7070 0036 with minimum of 24 hour’s notice prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. *Message can be left on this same number for Monday appointments.

Any cancellations that occur within the 24-hour period will incur a $83.00 cancellation fee.

Any cancellation not received prior and the clinician arrives to client home, appointment will incur full service charge.
