A practical pathway

At AvantiCare we recognise that one of the most significant transitions in a graduate’s career is the move from student life into a role as a qualified health professional. The AvantiCare Graduate Program offers a structured yet flexible Adelaide Based 12-month program centred around experiences that encapsulate Allied Health Services in the Aged Care landscape. Rotations are designed to provide a comprehensive and supported professional experience that includes mentoring from senior clinicians, access to a peer buddy system, a broad Professional Development Schedule and aims to consolidate and build on skills developed in the preceding rotation.

Who our Graduate Program is for

We’re looking for New or recently graduated Allied Health professionals who want to build strong foundations and practices and enhance clinical’ skills and confidence in the working environment. We also want to ensure that moving forward we continue to reflect the value we place on positive ageing and our holistic model of health care.

The AvantiCare Graduate program is open to new or recent graduates from;

  • Physiotherapy
  • Podiatry
  • Dietetics
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech Pathology

To join the program you will need

  • Passion and a can-do attitude
  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
  • Current National Police Check
  • Flexibility to work across different sites
  • Full working rights
