2020 for AvantiCare is the year of balance as well as our 20th year in business. With this it was the perfect time to evolve our brand as we reflect on who we truly are. To celebrate AvantiCare turning 20 we thought the best way to acknowledge this achievement would be to celebrate our community, who helped us grow and enabled us to employ a team of over 20!
We’d love for you to follow along on our social channels as we perform 20 acts of kindness in 2020 for our 20 years in business. We are happy to share with you some of the efforts we have undertaken so far as a part of our #20actsofkindnessin2020.
AvantiCare participated in Hutt St Centre’s Angel for a Day! This means we helped feed our community by donating funds to feed 200 homeless. A big thank you to Hutt St Centre for all the support they provide for those in need in our community. We strongly encourage you to head to their socials and website and see how you can be an Angel for a Day. AvantiCare with the help of our community created an AvantiCare winter woollies group, a collective of individuals who were as eager as us to give back to our community. The purpose of this was to put together a team who can knit scarfs for our community, for those in need this winter.
AvantiCare supplied the wool and knitting needles and our friends knitted either a scarf, beanie or something similar. Our winter woollies are now ready to be donated to an Adelaide based Domestic Violence refuge and help keep women and children warm this winter.
